At my In-Home studio I provide personalized, one-on-one yoga classes. These classes are structured to help build a wider range of motion through the use of props and connective breathing. Classes incorporate techniques from areas of Restorative Yoga, Thai Stretching, and Aerial Yoga. My goal is to provide a comfortable space for any level of practice and to accommodate every schedule. 

Massage Therapy is an additional service that is offered, and is recommended to help open up the areas of the body that hold tension.
