My style of massage combines techniques I have learned from Yoga, Thai Stretching, Ball Rolling, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial and Structural Integration. I practice only within my scope of knowledge and understanding.
Staying mentally conscious and using connective breathing allows me to guide your body into stretches without any strain on you. Using pin and stretch technique I am able to release areas of high tension within the muscles. Your body will get a relaxing workout without you having to apply the effort.
