Private Yoga Classes:
In order to get the most out of your yoga practice, it is essential to begin within. Connective breathing is the key to deepening and finding comfort in each asana. It brings heightened awareness to the body and to the mind, allowing you to connect throughout your body with intent. Adjustments and props will aid you into proper alignment. Postural alignment is essential when looking to build strength and work on posture. Combining all of these tools I strive to assist my students find a balance and ease in their bodies.
Private classes allow you to move at your own pace and become more familiar with your body. My practice is primarily restorative, focused on opening up points of limitation within the body.

No prior experience is required. There are spare mats that can be used, all that I ask is that you bring a positive energy, open mindset and a bottle of water.
